BisonNet unavailable on 1/4/2023The BisonNet environment (https://bisonnet.bucknell.edu/) will be unavailable on January 4, 2023 from 7am-7pm while some maintenance is performed. Emergency Data Warehouse MaintenanceUnfortunately, we've discovered a problem with the Data Warehouse that is causing some performance issues. To correct this problem, we'll need to perform a restart of the platform. We will be performing this restart at 8:30 PM this evening. We expect everything to be back up by 10:00. We'll notify you when it's complete. During this time, Cognos and Tableau will be largely unavailable. Issues Accessing Voicemail Via TelephoneSome users are currently experiencing issues trying to access their voicemails through their campus telephone. The issue is not affecting email delivery of voicemail messages, so anyone experiencing this issue may need to listen to the email voicemail messages while our vendor troubleshoots the issue. Scan and Send, Mac Printing IssuesDear Campus Community: Currently the Scan and Send function using departmental Canon printers on campus is not working. Follow-Me Canon printers are not affected. Library and IT is currently working to address the issue and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible. Mac users may also experience difficulties printing to departmental Canon printers. Again, Follow-Me printing is not affected. Mac users with an urgent need to print are asked to use Follow-Me printing or contact the Tech Desk for assistance. Voicemail System IssuesWe are currently experiencing issues with our voicemail system. At the moment, voicemails may not be delivered to your email and deleting voicemail emails may not clear the message light on your phone. We are working with our vendor on a resolution but do not yet have an ETA for when services will return to normal.
