Tech Support Ticket Messaging DownLate last week we realized that messages sent or received through our ticketing system were not going through. Unfortunately there has been no "outward sign" of this issue in the form of error messages or bounce-back emails. We are actively troubleshooting the issue with the assistance of our vendor. Tableau Server Security Patching - 3/13 8:30PM-10:30PMTableau Server will be unavailable this evening between 8:30PM-10:30 to apply security patches to address recently found vulnerabilities in our version of Tableau. Partial campus power outage - Sun, Mar 9Due to a necessary repair to the electrical system on campus, there will be a partial power outage on Sunday, March 9, from 6:00 am to approximately 9:00 am. The following buildings will not have electricity other than emergency power during this date and time: Computer Center, Bertrand Library, Vaughan Literature, Marts Hall, Freas Hall, Coleman Hall, Swartz Hall, McDonnell Hall, the Weis Center, Christy Mathewson Stadium, Pascucci Team Center, Hildreth Mirza Hall, Weis Music, and Rooke Chapel. Wireless and wired network and physical telephones may experience disruptions during the outage.
