Lodging requests
Rooms for families are available for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, July 17, 18 and 19 at a rate of $55 per night for a single room (1 single bed) and $80 per night for a double room (2 single beds). A 6% hotel occupancy tax is required on all rooms. Room assignments will be provided during key pickup.
Please note that rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Linens, summer weight blanket, pillow, and towel are included in each room.
Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, 21 years of age or older.
You do not have to include a request for graduating students. On-campus housing for graduates will be available from July 17-19 at no cost. More information will be available in the near future.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN RESIDENCE HALLS.
All guests and graduating students must depart the residence halls by 11 a.m. on Monday, July 20.

College Receptions
Each college will host a reception for graduates in the Class of 2024 on Saturday, May 11, beginning at 1:00 p.m. The college reception
provides a chance for graduating students along with their families and friends to celebrate their
achievements with college deans, faculty and staff. Complimentary food and beverages will be served.
This event is free, but RSVP is requested.

This buffet dinner provides an on-campus dining option for graduates and families prior to Saturday
evening, May 11, activities. This meal will be served in Bostwick Marketplace on the first floor of
the Elaine Langone Center. Please see the menu for details.
All tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be mailed, but can be picked up in the Elaine Langone Center or at the event. Tickets are nonrefundable.
The luncheon provides an opportunity to extend congratulations to the graduates, families and guests prior to departing from campus. A buffet lunch will be served at an on-campus location immediately following the ceremony on Sunday, May 12, 2024. Please see the menu for details.
