Tech Support Ticket Messaging DownLate last week we realized that messages sent or received through our ticketing system were not going through. Unfortunately there has been no "outward sign" of this issue in the form of error messages or bounce-back emails. We are actively troubleshooting the issue with the assistance of our vendor. mydevices.bucknell.eduPlease be advised the mydevices.bucknell.edu portal has an identified issue affecting service and we are actively working to restore access as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as they become available, in the meantime, as a workaround - please open a ticket with the tech desk (techdesk@bucknell.edu) if you need to register a new device and include the MAC address. Tableau Server Security Patching - 3/13 8:30PM-10:30PMTableau Server will be unavailable this evening between 8:30PM-10:30 to apply security patches to address recently found vulnerabilities in our version of Tableau. Partial campus power outage - Sun, Mar 9Due to a necessary repair to the electrical system on campus, there will be a partial power outage on Sunday, March 9, from 6:00 am to approximately 9:00 am. The following buildings will not have electricity other than emergency power during this date and time: Computer Center, Bertrand Library, Vaughan Literature, Marts Hall, Freas Hall, Coleman Hall, Swartz Hall, McDonnell Hall, the Weis Center, Christy Mathewson Stadium, Pascucci Team Center, Hildreth Mirza Hall, Weis Music, and Rooke Chapel. Wireless and wired network and physical telephones may experience disruptions during the outage. TMA - maintenance work order systemThe maintenance work order system used by Facilities, TMA, will be unavailable on Jan 7 while it is upgraded to the most recent version. For urgent maintenance requests on Jan 7, please call the Facilities office at x71811. Please hold non-urgent requests until the following day. Upon completion of the upgrade, the maintenance work request form will move to a new web address. Bucknell mobile app upgradeThe Bucknell mobile app will receive a major upgrade to the user experience and the set of other Bucknell systems and websites to which it provides links on Tues, Jan 7 @ 8a. No user action is required and no service interruption is expected. You can install the Bucknell mobile app to your mobile device from either the Apple or Android stores. Zoom Phone-Unable to send SMS messagesWe are currently unable to send SMS messages using Zoom Phone. We are receiving an error message with a red circle and a white exclamation point with the message 'Message could not be sent.'  Receiving SMS messages in Zoom Phone is working.
