Most impressive are the 24 artworks from the Samuel H. Kress Foundation, which includes the earliest documented painting by Pontormo, Cupid and Apollo, a very early Rosso Fiorentino, Madonna and Child, and works by Tintoretto, Veronese, Francesco Cossa, Agostino Tassi, Giampietrimo, and Andrea Sansovino.

James Gillray
The Gilford Collection of James Gillray (1756 1815) caricatures is a large group of fine prints from this renowned English caricaturist. As a master of political satire, Gillray caricatured figures including Napolean (Boney), King George III, and also on social satire.
Netsuke
The Andrew J. Sordoni Collection of Japanese art, a gift from the late Senator, consists over 500 objects, including many fine netsuke, okimono, and inro.
