History
Since 1983, what is now the Samek Art Gallery has been located on the third floor on the Langone Center
2001-: Renamed for Bucknell and Gallery patrons Edward and Marthann Samek, after a generous gift to the university in 2001
1999 - 2001: Named the Bucknell Art Gallery
From 1983 - 1998: Known as the Center Gallery
Prior to 1983 exhibitions were presented in the university library and other spaces on campus
